Conference Price Tariffs

These prices are per person and include hire of our private function room and bar facilities if required, VAT and service charges when booking for more than 25 people. If the numbers are less than 25 then a room hire charge will be applied.

Facilities for smaller groups may be discounted depending on numbers. Please call up for further information.

Day delegate rates

Day delegate package includes:

• Use of OHP and screen
• Use of flipchart and pens
• Cordials, mineral/iced water
• Boiled sweets or mints
• Coffee on arrival
• Mid morning coffee and biscuits
• Buffet lunch including coffee
• Afternoon tea and biscuits
• VAT and service charge

Our day delegate package is available from £31.50 per person.

• Sand Martins has extensive free parking and can offer audio-visual and secretarial support.
• Our function room can cater for meetings and conferences from 2 to 150
• We have a built-in PA system
• Fully air-conditioned room, with lounge area available
• Features 13 amp sockets, television aerial socket and telephone jacks
• Natural daylight
• Private bar if required

Weekdays:

Full day	08:00 - 18:00	£300.00
Half day morning	(until 12:30)	£150.00
Afternoon	(12:30 - 18:00)	£150.00
Evening conference/meeting	(from 18:30)	£150.00
