New Tee Time Booking
Procedures
We
have recently made some important changes to the tee time booking
procedures here at the Club.
Members can now book tee times between
6.30am and 7.00am and after 11.00am at weekends and Bank Holidays
seven days in advance of the day. The ‘roll up’ system will continue
to operate from the 1st and 10th tees between
7.00am and 11.00am each morning.
Please note that we have also changed the advance bookings for
weekday tee times from five to seven days advance.
Should you have any queries or questions regarding the new
procedures please do not hesitate to contact the Club.

ADVANCED BOOKING
Tee times may be booked either in person by visiting the
Professionals Shop or by telephoning the booking line on 01189
893893. The Shop is open 20 minutes prior to the first tee time of
the day until 7.00pm in the summer and dusk in the winter.
All golfers must register with the Professionals Shop prior to making
their way to the tee. This is to ensure that only members and guests
gain access to the course and that the booking system can be monitored
correctly.
At weekends we ask members to be prepared to play with others if less
than four in number.
To ensure maximum course availability we ask that advanced bookings are
cancelled at the earliest opportunity should you be unable to play.
Members failing to turn up or cancel a booking at a weekend or Bank
Holiday will be prevented from using the advanced booking facility (at
weekends & Bank Holidays) for a period of one month.
ROLL
UP
The roll up from the 1st and 10th tees
operates on non competition days only. On competition days there are
a limited number of 18 hole roll up times available from the 1st
tee before the competition and a number from the 10th tee
for members wishing to play nine holes.
Players must be present at the Club and register in the Professionals
Shop to take the next available tee time or book any tee time in the
roll up period. One member may book on behalf of their playing partners
as long as all players in the group turn up to play.
We ask members to be prepared to play with others if less than four in
number. |
