Celebrate the festive season in style at Sand Martins

Enjoy an evening of style and elegance with one of our “Masquerade” Party Nights.

Soak up the magical Christmas atmosphere as you enjoy a glass of prosecco and settle down for a scrumptious three course dinner prepared by our talented chefs.

Then party the night away as our resident DJ gets you in the festive mood and makes your Christmas celebration one to remember.

With our experienced EventsTeam on hand to ensure the smooth organisation, prior to the evening and on the night, all you need to do is relax and enjoy the party.

Our party nights begin at 7.00pm,
meal served 7.30pm prompt
carriages at 12.30am.

Roasted butternut squash soup
topped with toasted pumpkin seeds. (v)

Ardennes pate with caramelized onion chutney
and toasted ciabatta on a mixed leaf salad.

Char-grilled chicken, sundried tomato, olive and mozzarella salad
on basil pesto and balsamic dressed rocket (vegetarian option available).

Duo of prawn cocktail
with a thousand island dressing, cress and cucumber salad.

Traditional roast Norfolk turkey
with pigs in blankets, sage, onion and apricot stuffing, crisp rosemary roasted potatoes and a white wine and thyme gravy.

Slow braised beef
in a rich red wine gravy on rosemary scented mashed potatoes.

Pan fried salmon supreme
on parsley coated new potatoes with a roasted Italian plum tomato and basil sauce.

Field mushroom, spinach and cheddar pithivier
with parsley coated new potatoes and a creamy wholegrain mustard sauce. (v)

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy custard.

Raspberry and white chocolate cheese cake with chantilly cream.

Festive cheese and biscuits selection.

Lemon tart with mango coulis.
