Sand Martins Golf Club offers an excellent setting for your wedding reception with acres of greenery surrounding the Georgian style Clubhouse and its’ south facing patio, which is ideal for a summer drinks reception.

We can accommodate up to 110 guests for a daytime reception and 150 guests for the evening reception and our Restaurant has its own bar, balcony and private patio area.

At Sand Martins we offer a comprehensive wedding package priced to suit your budget.

A typical package will include the following:

• Red carpet and personal welcome
• A member of the clubhouse team will guide you through the formalities of the day and act as your
  toastmaster if you wish.
• Drinks reception of sparkling wine/bucks fizz or orange juice on arrival.
• Table plan, place cards and menus.
• Your choice from our wedding package menu selector.
• A half bottle of red or white house wine per guest, served with the meal.
• A glass of sparkling wine for the toasts.
• Use of silver cake stand and knife.
• Linen napkins to match your colour scheme.
• Flower arangements for all the tables
• A wedding favour for the lady guests to take away with them in your choice of colour and design.
• Hire of the room for the duration of the wedding breakfast.
• VAT and service charge.

Magical day, amazing venue for our reception
We couldn't have asked for a better wedding reception! Mika and her team worked tirelessly to create the most beautiful setting with stunning table decorations, delicious food, a fabulous marquee and spacious dance-floor.
