Sand Martins Pro-Am

We are delighted to announce that the Sand Martins Pro-Am has been selected by the PGA as a National Event in their 2026 golfing calendar – opening entries to players from across the United Kingdom.
Following the disappointment of having to cancel the 2025 event, our Pro-Am will return with an updated format for 2026.
We hope you can join us for a fantastic day of golf, competition, prizes, and great food.

Event Format
• 18-hole Stableford Team Event.
Teams will consist of one PGA Professional and three amateurs.
The best two scores on each hole will count towards the team total.
• Professional Individual Event will run concurrently.
• Handicap Allowance: Amateurs will receive 90% stroke allowance.
• Handicap Limits: Men 24 | Ladies 30.
Schedule for the Day
Arrival & Registration
• Please register your team at the PGA Welcome Desk at least one hour before your tee time.
• Enjoy a coffee and bacon or egg roll in the clubhouse – a great opportunity to meet and get acquainted with your Professional for the day.
Before Your Round
• Collect your golfer’s goodie bag prior to heading to the practice facilities.
• Warm up on the range – free range balls will be provided for all players.
• Arrive at the 1st tee at least 10 minutes before your start time. Tee times will be confirmed no later than 10
days prior to the event.
Post-Round
• Relax and enjoy a fantastic two-course meal with your team and Professional in the function room.
• Prize Giving Ceremony will take place once all results have been verified in our function room.
Prizes & Awards
• Team Prizes: Top 6 placed teams awarded prizes.
• Individual Challenges: Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive (Men & Ladies).
• The PGA will also announce the Individual Professional Champion.
Sand Martins will contribute a charitable donation to our 2026 Captains’ Charity.
The chosen charity will be announced by our Captains on 11th January 2026.
Menu selection will be emailed to the lead contact for each team following entry submission (once the application form and payment are received).
