PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PLANS - UPDATE JUNE 2020

In October last year we shared with you the exciting redevelopment proposals for the Club that included a private members Health Club & Spa, Restaurant, Function facilities as well as accommodation.  We then initiated a comprehensive consultation process to ensure that the project was shaped by contributions from all key stakeholder groups; receiving significant support from the members and the wider community.

The planning application was submitted in January this year however following constructive dialogue with Wokingham Borough Council, the decision has now been taken to withdraw this application in order to revisit specific elements of the wider project.

The Club remains fully committed to enhancing Sand Martins and our local community in an exciting and sustainable way.

We will continue to post updates as the project progresses and look forward to sharing our refreshed plans in the very near future.
